"Keeping The Farm" Program

Pecan Realty of North Carolina

Pecan Realty's "Keeping the Farm" Program is dedicated to preserving North Carolina’s valuable farmlands. Our unique program offers reduced marketing fees and buyer rebates for agricultural-related properties. Pecan Realty (NC Real Estate Commission Firm # C23516) specializes in central and southeastern North Carolina agriculture properties.  


We offer 4.5% to 3.9% and lower for full-service marketing of agriculture-related properties. Additionally, when we represent you as your Buyer's Agent, Pecan Realty will rebate 25% of our firm's commission fee at closing. You can use those funds to reduce closing costs or decrease your rates. Please see the details below.
