Pecan Realty's "Keeping the Farm" Program is dedicated to preserving North Carolina’s valuable farmlands. Our unique program offers reduced marketing fees and buyer rebates for agricultural-related properties. Pecan Realty (NC Real Estate Commission Firm # C23516) specializes in central and southeastern North Carolina agriculture properties.  

We offer 4.5% to 3.9% and lower for full-service marketing of agriculture-related properties. Additionally, when we represent you as your Buyer's Agent, Pecan Realty will rebate 25% of our firm's commission fee at closing.
